Decided to take a little trip to the southern part of Honshu.

My friend and I decided to take a little 2-day trip to Yamaguchi and the nearby Akiyoshido Cave. The cave is one of the biggest cave system in Japan. While we had perfect weather while exploring the Akiyoshido cave and hiking on the Akiyoshidai plateau, when exploring Yamaguchi itself it was raining most of the times. While that was not so nice for walking through the city it set the perfect atmosphere for the pictures we took of the historic sites.
