Nokonoshima (能古島) is a small island north of Fukuoka, famous for it’s beautiful flowers and many oranges.

By ferry it just takes 10 minutes to get to the island and since it’s quite small you can walk around it within a day. This weekend there weren’t that many people on the island since the high season for Nokonoshima hasn’t started yet. Everybody loved the island with it’s many orange trees, beautiful island park and abandoned houses. It’s probably not the last time we’ll come here. In summer we plan to have a BBQ here.
