This midterm break I went to beautiful Okinawa.

First I went to Naha on Okinawa main island. Here I tried for the first time a Capsule Hotel. Interesting experience, but I could not really sleep here. It was to noisy and the aircon didn’t work so it was to hot. After just one night I switched to a normal hotel. While on the main island I went to Shuri castle, Okinawa peace park and (my personal highlight) the Aquarium. It had the biggest fish tank I’ve ever seen.
After three days in Naha I went to Ishigaki, an island in the south of Okinawa. From here I went to visit a small neighbor island and seen a lot of very beautiful beaches.
Sadly due to an unfortunate incident I had to cut my vacation 4 days short and return to Fukuoka ahead of schedule. So I didn’t get to see and do everything I had planned. But all the more reason to come back to this beautiful place and continue my expedition.
