More Sushi & local food but still too much 711 & fast food.
This sunday I had (for the first time in 3 month) the possibility to weigh myself. I was very astounded how much weight I’ve lost in the last 3 month. Guess after 2,5 years little movement and the southern food of Alabama that is to be expected. All that running around here and the unfrequent meals probably also factor into this. In order to get back to a more normal weight while still staying healthy the goal for this month:
– more frequent meals [3 meals a day + some Snacks ;-)] + frequent workout [joined a gym here in Shanghai]
